Tsum Valley Trek is one of the less crowded trekking trails in Nepal. Very few trekkers do trekking in this area, hence it is unexplored trekking trails. The major reason for the trekker’s interest is beautiful view of Ganesh Himal and Sringi Himal. The artistic view of Chortens and Mani made by the Tibetan origin people seen throughout the trek is another aspect of this trek.
Tsum Valley Trek is one the authentic trek alive in the Manalsu Conservation area, North of Gorkha region . This Valley opened the door to outsider just in 2007 and slowly getting attentions from the world because of isolation from the development and infrastructure . “Tsum” is a Tibetan word derived from “Tsombo” which means vivid and its people are called “Tsumba”.
This land is famed as “hidden valley” with unique characteristics of mystery, myth and majestic beauty. This trek adjoin with popular Manaslu circuit trail upto 4 days of our journey start and we take right trail for the narrow high path climb to Lokpa i.e way to Tsum Valley which awaits with countless adventure diversity and simplicity of local peoples and chortens , monasteries and Mt.Ganesh itself , standing right away .. It has a long history of trade which still holds livinghood of people , culture and Buddhist philosophy .
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 2:Half day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley, rest and preparation day.
Day 3: Kathmandu – Soti Khola.
Day 4: Soti Khola – Khorlabesi.
Day 5: Khorlabesi – Jagat
Day 6: Jagat – Lokpa
Day 7: Lokpa – Chumling
Day 8: Chumling – Chhokangparo
Day 9: Chhokangparo – Chhule-Nile
Day 10: Chhule-Nile – Mu Gumpa
Day 11: Mu Gumpa to Rachen Gumpa
Day 12: Rachen Gumpa to Dhumje
Day 13: Dhumje to Gumba Lungdan
Day 14: Gumba Lungdang to Ripchet
Day 15: Ripchet to Philim
Day 16: Philim to Khorla Besi
Day 17: Khorla Besi – Arughat.
Day 18: Arughat to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 19: Rest day

Prior to your Trek or Expedition, it is necessary to be in good physical shape. So in order to maintain your body in a good condition for the trek a regular exercise is needed so walk 2 to 3 hours daily. This much effort from your side is enough, rest we do from our side to make our trip more successful.
While booking your holiday you inform us about your health condition, then we customize walking hour in the trek according to your wish.
We have tried our best in itinerary for the pacing and progression to altitude adjustment during high altitude treks. Our guides are experienced, trained and familiar with Altitude Sickness. Throughout the trek our guide will closely monitor the clients individually and as soon as the effects of altitude sickness is seen on you our guide will help you quickly to get down to lower altitude.
In the mountain we are not sure what will happen but we try our best good things to happen. In case of emergency, our staffs are well trained, experienced and know how to facilitate medical treatment and emergency transport.
No refund will be there after you participate in the trek but while cancellation 2 week priors to depart for the trek 25% will be charged and rest will be refunded.
